Landscape design services are customized to each client's specific needs. Once design work has begun, cancellation policies apply as follows:

• Cancellation before design work begins: Full refund available
• Cancellation after initial consultation: Partial refund may apply based on work completed
• Cancellation after design approval: No refund available, but design materials remain property of client

Design Revisions

We include a specified number of design revisions in our service packages. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees. All revision requests must be made within the agreed timeframe.

Material Returns

For materials purchased through our services:

• Unopened materials in original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable
• Plants and living materials are subject to specific return policies based on condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect

Installation Services

Installation services are provided by third-party contractors. Any issues with installation should be reported immediately. We will work with contractors to address concerns and ensure satisfactory completion of work.

Warranty

We stand behind our design work and will address any issues related to design errors or omissions. Plant materials may be covered by separate warranties from suppliers. Please contact us for warranty information specific to your project.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
